Tonkotsu Ramen - Rich
The Tonkotsu is our bestselling ramen and for good reason: it is bold, savory and closer to authentic Japanese ramen broth than most ramen available in the States. Traditional base with pork and chicken stock. Topped with bamboo shoot, black mushroom, green onion, red ginger and a half egg.
Curry Ramen - Flavorful
Curry Ramen – FlavorfulJapanese curry is unlike Indian or Thai curry, and is known for having a slight sweetness to it. Our Japanese curry is thick, savory, and packed full of potatoes, carrots, and onions. This ramen is the favorite of the servers! Curry base over pork and chicken stock. Topped with green onion and a half egg.(The curry gravy is vegetarian, but the broth is not – you can substitute for veggie broth)
Miso Ramen - Creamy
The Miso ramen is soothing, filling, and easy on the stomach. The "creaminess" refers to the miso paste you can see in the broth, as if it were regular miso soup. A soybean base with pork and chicken stock. Topped with bamboo shoot, bean sprout, seaweed, green onion and a half egg.

Veggie Ramen - Light
The Veggie ramen is our classic vegetarian ramen. The broth is light, but full-flavored and a Chico favorite. Vegan broth topped with choice of veggies, green onion and a half egg.

A complex broth made simple, for days when you need a lighter soup with a modest flavor. Salt base with pork and chicken stock. Topped with bamboo shoot, seaweed, green onion and a half egg.

The Seafood ramen is our very "special" ramen, with a refreshing broth and delectable seafood, it's a common hearty favorite. Salt base with pork and chicken stock. Topped with shrimp, squid, mussel, bean sprouts and green onions. (Half-egg not included).

Japanese Marble Soda (ramune)
Sweet, Japanese marble sodas. Pop the marble into the drink using the innovative green cap on top (break it out of the green plastic circle) and then use your thumb or the palm of your hand to push the marble down, into the bottle. When you drink, tilt the side of the bottle with the "dents" toward you, so that the curved in indents can catch and hold the marble while you drink. Do not break the marble out, you could hurt yourself. :)
