Multi Serve: Nola Or Cold Brew
Take home the refreshing decadence of our NOLA or our fresh cold brew to share with friends or drink over the next few days. For our NOLA, the coffee concentrate with roasted chicory is presweetened. Just add your own milk of choice.

Our cold brew features a rotating selection of stellar blends and single origins. We steep the coffee over many hours for intense yet balanced, invigorating results.

Caffè Latte
One of our most popular drinks, our latte turns our assertive, chocolaty, organic Hayes Valley Espresso velvety-sweet with a long pour of densely steamed milk.
Samra Latte
Created with Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye, this perfectly balanced latte combines honey, vanilla, and a dusting of Ethiopian cinnamon proudly stenciled in the Amharic spelling of his mother's name. The result is a subtly sweet and aromatic profile, served iced or hot. Stencil available for in-cafe orders only.
Sweet Latte
Our lightly sweetened latte blends our chocolaty Hayes Valley Espresso with velvety steamed milk and muscovado, a wonderfully dark, unrefined sugar with a molasses-like flavor.
Americano
Similar in strength to a pour over, our Americano also boasts the rich flavor of our bold, ristretto-style espresso.
Cappuccino
Our cappuccino is made in the modern style, balancing our full-bodied espresso with velvety steamed milk—not the stiff foam cap of yore. In specialty coffee circles this newer style is sometimes called a "'flat white." But we consider it the new cappuccino standard.
Caffè Mocha
The tradition of combining coffee, chocolate, and milk or cream dates back to eighteenth-century Turin's Caffè al Bicerin. We source our chocolate from local purveyors, a different one in each city.

Made with matcha tea from the Uji tea fields in Kyoto prefecture, this umami-rich, bright green tea is lightly sweetened and served with your choice of steamed milk.

Comforting and designed for pleasure, our blends combine coffees from different parts of the world to create a harmonious cup. Our blends are freshly roasted and sold as whole beans, not ground, for optimal deliciousness.
Single Origin Beans
We source coffee from all over the coffee-producing world, and we offer some standouts from distinctive regions and farms as single origins. These beans allow you to taste coffee from a specific time and place and are all about fleeting moments and the magic of surprise.
Craft Matcha
From the renowned matcha region of Uji, Japan, we bring you ceremonial-grade Craft Matcha. Our Kyoto team scoured Japan to find a matcha that embodies our standards for quality and taste. They found it at Rishouen, a teahouse born from five generations of tea knowledge. We choose tender tea leaves from Rishoueun’s first harvest of tencha, or shade-grown matcha plants, and stone-grind them to protect against heat degradation.
Espresso Beans
Espresso is neither a type of bean nor a roast, but a miraculous brewing method that creates a deeply concentrated coffee. Our Hayes Valley blend is our favorite for espresso—it makes a deep, dark, Italian-style shot with a voluptuous tawny crema and a somewhat dangerous-looking viscosity.
Craft Instant Coffee
We start with the highest-quality coffee, blend and roast to extract the espresso profile, then transform it into aromatic crystals with dimension and richness. The crystals dissolve instantly for consistently delicious iced or hot lattes that couldn’t be simpler to brew. Each jar includes 15 servings.

Bright Cold Brew
Bright is the word we use to describe coffees that naturally lean toward fruitiness, with a bit of refreshing acidity. This organic cold brew showcases the tart berry flavors you find in East African coffees, especially the naturally processed Ethiopian beans. It’s luminous and refreshing.
Bold Cold Brew
In our minds, Bold is the word we use for richer coffees, particularly those with the notes of baking cocoa and caramel notes we find in Latin American beans. We draw out these flavors with a slightly heavier roast—about as dark as we get. This organic brew is delicious with milk or without.
New Orleans-style Carton
Drift through the day on a cloud of reverie as you sip our ready-to-drink New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee Carton. Our specialty coffee is slowly cold-brewed and boldly blended with smooth organic milk and just the right touch of cane sugar. Sip, enjoy, repeat often.
