Hiroshima Style Okonomiyaki
Chinchikurinyaki
Beef. The signature dish of the Chinchikurin chain in Hiroshima, a local favorite, it does not have pork or bean sprouts. Instead, it has a ground beef mix known as "shioburiyaki, " which adds a deeper depth of flavor and texture. If you're not sure which okonomiyaki dish to choose, order this one!
The Classic
Pork. Keeping it simple and sweet! This is your standard Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki (every Okonomiyaki dish on the menu has The Classic as its base) with all the basics and no fluff. Enjoy as-is or add toppings and extras to your liking.
Goam!
Pork. Green onions and mayo (GOAM) is a favorite among the younger generation in Hiroshima. Green onions and Japanese mayo are perfectly torched to create a mouth-watering aroma that makes this dish highly addictive. Is it really that good? Try it and find out!
The Loaded Kaisen
Pork. If seafood were to have a party, it would be inside of this dish. Squid, shrimp and green onions to create another popular okonomiyaki dish in Hiroshima.

The Hiroshima
Pork. If The Classic is the equivalent of the American hamburger, then the Hiroshimajin is the equivalent of the cheeseburger. Known as one of the most popular dishes in Hiroshima, this dish includes ikaten (a popular food of Hiroshima) inside of the okonomiyaki and is topped off with green onions.

Not to be confused with the spicy tan tan ramen, the Hiroshima style tantanmen is a soupless noodle dish that is slightly spicy and contains sansho. This dish contains a hearty portion of noodles topped with ground pork, Negi, and a sprinkle of togarashi. The special chinchikurin mixing broth contains a variety of oil and spices, including sansho. There is a Hiroshima custom in eating this dish. First, mix the various ingredients at least 30 times. Feel free to add additional sansho as needed to your preference, then scarf it all down! Once all the noodles are gone, add rice to the remaining mixture and enjoy the rest of the remaining ingredients!
