Take home the same loose leaf tea we cold brew! Formosa Oolong is a classic golden breakfast style tea from China’s rolling hills. The leaves are picked dried under the strong sun which creates a natural oxidation darkening the leaf and intensifying the flavor. Smooth notes of honey and stone fruit come thorough with no bitterness and a rounded flavor. It is great served hot or chilled with a bit of lemon peel. Chinese Sausage (lap Cheung)

14 oz. pack which comes with 9-10 sausages per pack. This is what we use in our fried rice, but you can use it for almost anything. It's a sweet and savory sausage. It's great if you just set it on top of your rice when it's finished steaming to make "Lap Cheung Faun" or "Chinese Sausage Rice". You can pan fry them like a normal dog and cut it up with your eggs for breakfast.

Grandma June's favorite Shanghainese drinking snack, passed down to Mama Fong. A blend of in-house roasted peanuts and dehydrated, roasted sea moss. Once you try them, you'll never want another beer without them.

A pantry must-have! We probably use this product the most. Dehydrated, roasted sea moss blended with sea salt adds an umami bomb to any dish. Note: Sea moss is not seaweed. It has more umami and smells like the ocean. Sprinkle on rice, avocado toast, eggs, popcorn, noodles...possibly anything.

Wok Legend's Seasoning Salt

Brian ‘Wok Legend’ is our Master Wok Chef at Woon. He's known for his secret seasoning he adds to every dish and we’ve bottled it up for you. Wok Legend’s Seasoning Salt is great on rice, avocado toast, eggs, popcorn, potato chips, soups, noodles, soba…possibly anything.

A Chinese staple, and a little of it goes a long way! We like to cook a small amount and mix it with our white rice, like we do with our Woon Fried Rice.

Dried Shiitake Mushrooms

A pantry must-have! Slice or use whole, stir fry with veggies, noodles, or rice, add to soups, or even save the leftover soaking water to use as a broth for some extra umami.

Mama's Way Sauce

Growing up, Mama Fong taught us to add chili garlic sauce and white vinegar to our Woon noodles. We combined the two to create ‘Mama’s Way’. We use it on everything from Woon noodle dishes and Mama’s Five Spice Chicken Wings to eggs, avocado toast, pizza, soups, tacos, and pretty much anything.

Our house clear, filtered Junmai sake which can be served hot, cold or at room temperature. 20 fl. oz.

Yokaichi Mugi Shochu (24% Abv)

YOKAICHI MUGI is a barley-based, single-distillation shochu. This process retains great complexity and more influences from the source material. Savory notes of salty, grilled bread or raw buckwheat with brown banana and hints of raspberry and strawberry. This is 24% abv so if you're ready to get a smooth quick buzz along with your meal this is the one!

Woon Shochu Shrub Cocktail

Rotating shrub (made from local and organic fruits, organic cane sugar, and organice apple cider vinegar), soda water, lemon juice and schochu (24% abv). Best served over ice.
