Zabumba is without exception the oldest venue of Cuban Salsa in Los Angeles. David Leneman, ex-student of Thomas, thee Rueda de Casino instructor in L.A., begun teaching free Salsa lessons at Zabumba about six years ago. Throughout the years, it has been his persistent dedication that kept Cuban Rueda de Casino going in Los Angeles. Zabumba offers a variety of tipical Brazilian dishes. It is located in an easily accessible part of town, on the corner of Overland and Venice. Zabumba offers Samba nights on Friday and Saturday.
