13. Somtum / ส้มตำ (green Papaya Salad)
Seasonal. Our famous julienned green papaya salad mixed with garlic, blanched string beans, tomatoes, and Peanuts. Served with a chili and lime dressing. Spicy.

16. Num Tok (spicy Beef Salad) / น้ำตกเนื้อ
Our version of Thai Spicy beef Salad. We sear and grill our beef. Tok means, waterfall. As the savory beef juices fall onto our hot flames. It is reminiscent of a waterfall. We slice then add roasted rice powder, red onion, cilantro, lettuce and tossed in spicy lime dressing.
18. Larb / ลาบ
Choice of tofu or ground meat cooked with lime juice, roasted rice powder, onions, cilantro and chili powders. Served with fresh lettuce. Its spicy.
17. Paa Gong (spicy Shrimp Salad) / ยำกุ้ง
Grilled Shrimp, then peeled. We tossed them together with green scallions, cilantro, and lettuce, then into a lime and chili dressing.
15. Grilled Eggplant Salad / ยำมะเขือยาว
Grilled eggplant mixed with fresh chili sauce, shallots, cilantro and boiled egg. Makes eating Eggplant really fun.
Soup
10. Tom Kha / ต้มข่า (hot And Sour Coconut Soup)
If you like Tom Yum, then this Aromatic Coconut version with lemongrass, tomatoes, mushrooms, galangal roots, cabbage and lime leaves.
12. Wonton Soup / เกี๊ยวน้ำ
We start with a clear broth and add ground-pork and Shrimp stuffed wontons, Bok choy and green onions.
9. Tom Yum / ต้มยำ (hot And Sour Soup)
Our Classic hot and sour broth is deceptively simple, but the flavor is very complex. Then we add in lemongrass, tomatoes mushrooms, galangal roots, cabbage and lime leaves. There is a touch of dairy milk to balance the taste.
11. Vegetable Soup / ต้มจืด
We keep this simple and clean. Seasonal vegetables in clear broth. When we were kids, we called it, Thai penicillin.

24. Pad Prik Sod / ผัดพริกสด (stir-fried Fresh Peppers)
This Thai dish is spicy with amazing texture. Pad Prik Sod represents Thai cooking with such savory and spicy flavors known in Thai cuisine. Whichever meat or seafood you choose. We stir fry onions, scallions and fresh green pepper in a savoy and spicy brown sauce. (Rice not included).
20. Pad King / ผัดขิง (stir Fry Ginger)
If you love Ginger flavor in your meat or seafood, this recipe is rooted (no pun intended) in Chinese cuisine. We add our fusion of Thai soybean mixture. Stir fry together with fresh ginger, onion, scallions, black mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, making this dish one of our favorites. (Rice not included).
21. Pad Katiem / ผัดกระเทียม (stir Fry And Crispy Garlic)
If you are a fan of garlic with your meat or seafood. We take fresh Garlic blended in white pepper and stir fry cilantro, and seasonal vegetables all blended into a light brown sauce. If you do not like cilantro, we can substitute green scallions. (Rice not included).
22. Pad Met Ma Muang / ผัดเม็ดมะม่วง (stir Fry Cashews)
This dish represents the Chinese influence in Thai Cuisine. With your choice of meat or seafood, we quickly sauté cashews, fresh seasonal vegetables, onions and scallions into a signature, light brown sauce. (Rice not included).
23. Pad Priew Wan / ผัดเปรี้ยวหวาน (stir Fry Sweet And Sour)
Now this dish, differs from the Chinese version simply by adding fresh cucumbers, and our signature Sweet and Sour sauce. Stir Fry fresh Pineapple, tomatoes, onions, scallions and bell peppers. This is such a Colorful dish that pairs very well with Jasmine Rice. Meat or seafood or Tofu compliments this very saucy dish. (Rice not included).
25. Basil Eggplant / ผัดมะเขือยาว
This Thai dish is aromatic and savory. Our way of cooking, is quickly sauté freshly sliced eggplant. Then stir fry fresh bell peppers and fresh chili with our signature garlic soybean sauce. Then add fresh basil leaves. Choose your meat or seafood and taste the spicy delight. (Rice not included).
26. Pad Prik Gang / ผัดพริกแกง (spicy Green Beans)

Our Panang Curry is a colorful Red Curry, but it differs from the other Red Curry, its creamier and sweeter. We blend in Peas and Carrots, kaffir lime leaves, fresh chili and fresh basil. (Rice not included).
