The BlackSteel menu features French cuisine with healthy Japanese influences. Chef J’s signature BlackSteel method of cooking is built around pans and knives forged from black steel. Chef J’s unique style of cooking on blackened steel pans comes from his classical French training. Reductions and light layers are used to create delicious food bursting with flavor. Also featured is a special vegetarian menu created by Pamela Anderson which showcases several family recipes that have been passed down for generations.
