It was in the bustling city of XI'AN (shee-ahn), the ancient capital of China, that many of the culinary styles and tastes of the Chinese people were developed. Its location made it a center where many cultures exchanged ideas and customers, and where trade introduced ingredients both fresh and exotic. These traditions continue today at XI'AN Restaurant, where you will experience a cross-fertilization of cultures much like that which occurred in the ancient trading center.
