Corazon Wet Burrito

Formerly named the "California Burrito". We are changing the name to avoid confusion with the burrito with fries also known as the California Burrito. A wet-style burrito. choice of meat, or veggies, with black beans and rice. Topped with red mild sauce, cheese, crema, guacamole, pico de gallo, lettuce, and jalapeños.

Chicken Mole

Boneless and skinless chicken with our special mole poblano sauce. We use over 30 ingredients including Mexican chocolate and dry and roasted chiles to produce a wonderfully complex sauce. Served with rice, refried beans (with Mexican cheese on top) and corn or flour tortillas

Pork Pibil

A succulent Mayan dish from Yucatán. Pork slowly braised in banana leaves, fresh fruit juices, herbs and achiote, a special indigenous spice blend made from the red seed of the annatto tree. Served with tortillas, rice, black beans topped with pickled red onions.

Oaxaca

Boneless and skinless chicken marinated in spicy Oaxacan seasonings, then grilled (a touch blackened). Served with tortillas, black beans, and rice.

Chiapas Tamal

Filled with our handcrafted mole poblano, shredded chicken, hardboiled egg, almonds, raisings, and a pitted prune, enveloped in our homemade corn masa and wrapped in a banana leaf. Served with rice and black beans. You may substitute the black for the refried beans.

Pork Pipian

Pipian has a wonderfully tangy and nutty flavor with a balanced spiciness. A traditional dish from central Mexico. Made with pumpkin seeds, fresh chiles, tomatillo, epazote herbs, and cilantro. Served with rice, refried beans, and corn or flour tortillas.

Chile En Nogada
