Vegetarian. Sautéed zucchini with onions, garlic, ginger, and a dash of berbere.

Gomen (collard Greens)

Vegetarian. Chopped collard greens sautéed with garlic, ginger, and onions.

Butcha Selat'a ( Smashed Chickpeas)

Served Cold-Vegetarian. Smashed chickpea with onions, tomatoes and jalapeño peppers. Served cold.

Kay Sir (beets)

Served Cold-Vegetarian. Beets, red onions, jalapeño peppers and tossed in a lemon vinaigrette.

Sautéed okra with a dash of berbere, garlic, ginger, and onions.
