Ahh yes, this is the place for homemade chili! This small place is tough to find using google maps, so be on the lookout for the lagoon park strip mall on the left (driving northbound, green roofed). Nothing fancy inside, and not fast-paced. Hours are limited from lunch to early afternoon (11-2). However, the food is delicious! Their burgers are hand-prepared using quality beef, and are definitely delicious. Their signature chili has the right amounts of tomato, beef, and beans. Their chili has the right amount of spiciness to where it's not too hot, so you timid chili-eaters may find this right up your alley. More aggressive diners can ask for some jalapenos and onions to bring out the chili's hidden kick.
