2019 Pinot Noir Rosé - San Luis Obispo

2018 Ignition Reserve Rhone Blend
Blended from two of the Rhone's most famous grape varietals that are lusciously fruity yet full bodied. Ignition offers the two distinctive Rhône varietals of Grenache and Syrah from West Paso Robles, Edna Valley and Pismo Beach AVAs. Like most wines inspired from famed Chateau Neuf du Pape, this blend showcases Grenache grape characteristics of generous fruit with full body, bringing notes of soy sauce, black fig and chocolate. The eco-rich Syrah sourced from warmer and cool climate adds dark fruit, spices and minerality with hints of blueberry, black pepper and refreshing acidity coming from the crisp coast of Spanish Spring Vineyard. A robust blend that is enticing with the structure and tannin to age over a decade or drink now!Food pairing: meat, especially steak, beef dishes and of course lamb because of the spices present. T-bone steaks, ribs and lamb chops recommended grilled or cooked on an open fire.

2019 Pinot Noir Saveria Vineyard - Santa Cruz Mountains
This delicate pinot noir, with oromas of rose petal notes, tort plum flesh and earthy notes. The palate is full of red cherry, blending notes of sagebrush raspberry and hint of strawberry. We 94, Sunset Wine Competition Gold 93p.
2018 Teo - Rhone Blend - San Luis Obispo
Named after winemaker's son, this blend has concentrated nose powerfully reminiscent of Syrah and the Northern Rhone, with notes of black pepper, black fig, dark chocolate, teriyaki, black olive and dry plum. On the palate, meaty and juicy with flavors of marinade, raspberry, toasted oak and white pepper. The mouth feel is long with supple tannins of black fruit and spice. Delicious now but with the concentration and extract to age for up to a decade.
2018 Rion - Bordeaux Blend - Santa Cruz Moutains
Superb blend of 2 Bordeaux varietals – Merlot from dry farmed Zaynte Vineyards in Santa Cruz Mountains and silky Cabernet Sauvignon from Bates Ranch, showcasing the finest coastal vineyards fruit. Luxurious milky dark chocolate, soy sauce, teriyaki, black cherry, vanilla, black walnut, roasted and fresh hazelnut. The wine is dense, creamy, very extracted and soft with an amazingly long finish. Prevalent tannins from French oak still firm and complex. This wine benefits from cellaring for over 10 years but worthy to enjoy now.

2019 Jules De Brut - Blanc De Blanc
Bright and rich with sweet note like brioche. The nose shows aromas ofyellow apple, hints of pear, floral notes and citrus fruits mingle with a slight buttery accent reminiscent of the Chardonnay. The wine is clean and fresh, with scintillating acidity with small but consistent fine bubbles. Citrus, pear, and green fruit lead on the palate, underpinned by a pleasant mineraility. This wine offers great length, and even quite easily approachable now, this cuvee will be reaching its peak in three to five years.

With an elegant ruby color, this refined Pinot Noir is made from a vineyard located less than three miles from the Pacific Ocean. The wine reveals itself with velvety texture and mouth-filling flavors. It opens with fresh aromatics of red and dark cherries with hints of plum. On the palate, delicate entry of soft and ripe tannin, the wine continues into flavors of vanilla and slightly toasted oak. Handpicked barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc from West Paso Robles. The blend offers a rich, complex, smooth and elegant wine. Tasting Notes A deep rich color, this wine shows an elegant nose predominately black cherry, boysenberry, cassis and other berries. The finish exhibits dry leather, ample amounts of vanilla, hints of cinnamon, prunes, plums and the earthy cedar and forest floor. A very tannic wine, bold, fully extracted built for long cellaring.
