Gluten Free Margherita
Our gluten free dough has no gluten in. We hired a master chef to work with us on the gluten free recipe and process. We use a dedicated mixer for gluten free dough. We use rice flour to open and stretch both our regular and gluten free dough. We use a number of other precautions to isolate the gluten free dough from gluten contamination, however this is not a 100% free gluten free environment. As such, we recommend our gluten free dough for lifestyle/dietary purposes only. Ingredients: Gluten free grains, salt, water yeast
