The Italian cousin of a traditional brewed coffee. A double espresso with as much hot water as you like. We typically serve this in a small cup, so please let us know if you'd like more water.

Cortado

Our cortado is 2 shots espresso mixed with an equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. The milk in a cortado is steamed, but not frothy and "texturized" as in many Italian coffee drinks. The cortado comes from Spain, most likely Madrid, where it is commonly served.
