Spicy Cheese Pie
Spicy and cheesy! This traditional pie is handmade with internationally source Lebanese Akkawi cheese. We also add some parsley and finely chopped onions with a hint of cayenne pepper, for that spicy kick. This spicy and savoury mix is stuffed into our dough, which is proofed for 5 hours before being rolled out. This is the perfect mix of cheese and spice, you have to try it!

Shankleesh Pie
Do you love feta as much as we do? This pie is for you. Made with locally sourced Canadian feta cheese. We proof our dough for 5 hours before rolling it out, and then add a blend of traditional herbs and spices – this one has a bit of a kick! We also throw in some onions and tomatoes to elevate the taste and bake it until golden and delicious. This fresh and aromatic little pie will excite your taste buds.
Sijouk Pie

Sfiha Shamia
This meat lover pie is hand-crafted with locally sourced Canadian ground beef and features our key ingredient – pomegranate molasses – which elevates this pie to a different level. We also add our special blend of traditional herbs and spices, tomatoes and onions. Spread on top in our 5-hour proofed dough and baked perfectly until golden brown – this pie will not disappoint.
Labnéh Pie

Lebanese Lahm Bi Ajeen

Keshik

Labné & Cheese
Calling all cheese lovers! We bring you the mix of all mixes. Heard of this beautiful dip called Labné? If not, well you're in for a treat. Labne is a thick dip that is made of strained yogurt and is a staple in Mediterranean feasts. We have taken this dip and elevated it with mozzarella cheese generously spread over our dough and dollops of Labne put over it, sprinkled with dried mint and baked until golden. This pie is just heavenly. Light yet filling, savoury yet tangy. A definite must try.

Meet the OG! This is the original and the most favourite manakeesh. Zaatar is a Middle Eastern spice and herb blend that’s primarily made with sumac, thyme and sesame seeds. We make our own za'atar blend that will carry to your taste buds to new heights.

Chicken Or Beef Arabic Shawarma
Comes with fries. Unlike our regular shawarma in pita bread this shawarma comes with a twist. Start with your choice of chicken or beef shawarma layered into our delicious saj bread. Opt for the traditional way. As it comes off the grill and it’s nice and hot we add the twist, a drizzle of pomegranate molasses overtop. We serve the whole thing with a side of fries and mouth-watering coleslaw.

Kanafeh is a middle eastern pastry made of kadaïf (commonly called angel hair), Akkawi cheese and samneh or ghee. Once baked, the kanafeh is drizzled with rose water scented syrup and sprinkled with crushed pistachios or walnuts. Crispy on the outside and melting on the inside, this delicately scented dessert is a real treat.
Cheese Knafeh In A Bun
Knafeh Na’ameh (which translates to Smooth Knafeh) is very different from its frizzer, coarser, shaggy-looking sister, that seems to be more known to the world.In Lebanon this is typically a delightful sweet for breakfast served in ka’ak.Slightly crunchy, smooth yet sandy crust with an irresistible layer of molten, ooey-gooey unsalted cheese and sweetened with scented sugar syrup.
Shaybiat

Bread
Pita
Pita bread has been around for a very long time approximately 2,500 BC. Did you ever wonder how the pocket on the side is formed? It’s due to the high temperatures (450–475 °F) they are baked at. This high heat turns the water in the dough into steam causing the pita to puff up and form a pocket. The layers of baked dough remain separated inside the deflated pita once it’s removed from the oven, which allows the bread to be opened to form a pocket.
Saj
This thin pita bread is made by hand into perfectly weighted balls. The dough is allowed to rest, it’s then rolled, hand stretched until desired thinness and baked on a domed or convex metal griddle, known as saj.

This isn't an ordinary bagel, this is an Arabic style bagel. It’s main ingredient is mahlab, and this delight can be had sweet or savoury. Enjoy it with jam, cream cheese, zaatar and olive oil – it’s delicious.
Kaak
Ka’ak is the most iconic bread in Lebanon made from a traditional family recipe that was passed down from generations to generations. It’s savoury and sweet – best of both worlds – topped with sesame seeds. With its beautiful aromatic smell, it can be paired with kanafeh for an exquisite Lebanese dessert. Or toast it and add halloum akawie cheese or spread some cream cheese over it.
