Si, Si…biscotti. Molto bene. This crunchy double-baked almondy treat is said to have originated in what is now Tuscany, where it was commonly transported on war campaigns by Roman legions. Organic Lapsang – Black Tea

Lapsang is produced by hanging tea over smoking pine boughs as it dries, infusing it with a rich smoky character people either seem to love or hate. Kenyan Tinderet

Hakuna Matata! No worries for the rest of your days. Hauntingly full cup with body and superb malty notes. Tinderet, or “place of lighting,” produces some of the finest black teas in all of Africa. The Estate was first planted with seeds from Tanzania, and is regarded as one of the best-managed on the continent.
