Pirate Rib Eye Steak Sandwich
Thin sliced rib eye is grilled and topped with cheddar, caramelized onions and mushrooms and finished off with pirate pale horseradish blue cheese sauce. Served with fries and a house made pickle.
Gaslight Reuben
Your choice of house made pastrami, corned beef or turkey with our roasted sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Russian dressing melted on rye bread. Served open faced with fries and homemade pickle.
Hoosier Pork Tenderloin Sandwich
Pork loin is pounded thin, battered and deep fried golden. Presented on a roll with spicy mixed pepper spread, chipotle aioli, juicy red tomato slice, crispy bacon, romaine lettuce and provolone cheese. Served with fries.
Memphis Bbq

Hot. This wonderful sandwich is completely homemade. The beef is brined for over a week, rubbed with our own peppery spice blend and smoked for four hour over hickory. Served on rye with spicy mustard, fries and a homemade pickle.

Leg of lamb freshly ground with garlic and rosemary. Served with a homemade pickle, mashed potatoes and a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
Portobello Burger
Vegetarian. Portobello mushroom cap grilled with olive oil and a special herb blend. Presented on a brioche roll with fried tomato, fresh mozzarella, pepper jack and aioli sauce. Served with homemade pickle, side salad and spicy sweet potato fries. Really great with bacon.

Our Rhineland beef is marinated in red wine and wine vinegar with many spices for over a week. It's braised in the marinade till the meat is fork tender.
