Kolachi Chicken Biryani

Made with long-grained aromatic basmati rice, flavored with exotic spices and layered with chicken and a thick gravy. The dish is then covered and its lid secured with dough to keep the steam trapped, and then the biryani is cooked over a low flame.

Made with wheat, barley, lentils, meat and spices. The dish is slow cooked for several hours-usually overnight, blending the flavors of spices, meat, barley and wheat.

Nihari

Made by slow cooking fresh veal shank along with bone marrow and select spices resulting in a stew that has whole tender pieces of meat immersed with bone marrow juices.

Veal Qorma

Our qorma is the traditional curry made by searing fresh veal meat and then simmering it in a broth with our special blend of spices and yogurt over medium heat. It is best enjoyed with our fresh tandoori naans.
