It’s redesigned interior has an atmosphere we call casual, modern sophistication. 15 Park Bistro is about people, beginning with our very talented Chef, Nick Atkins, and his committed team, the passionate farmers, vintners and local purveyors, but most importantly the people and valued guests we are honoured to serve. Our greatest success will be bringing people together to share exceptional food, wine and friendship.
