Steamed veggie dumplings, stuffed with leeks, spinach, green onion, topped with split peas, tomato sauce, yogurt.
Kachaloo
Tender potato slices in fragrant garlic-laced tomato sauce topped with yogurt, served with rice.

Kololi
An old family recipe. Handmade vegetable & flour patties in an inviting vegetable sauce. Slightly spicy, very flavorsome. Served with rice.

Red kidney beans with herbs + spices in a tomato curry base, served with rice. Vegan and Gluten free.

Gluten-free. The softie. Probably the most tender shank you will have ever eaten, Served with Kachaloo ( potato) and served with our famous Afghan rice.

Gluten-free. Two sautéed chicken legs simmered in chef’s secret tomato sauce blend, served with rice.
Mantu
Steamed minced beef dumplings, topped with split peas, tomato sauce, yogurt.
Grilled Spice Chicken
Marinated chicken breast, Afghan 4-spice rubbed overnight, then oven-grilled served with potatoes & asparagus.
Lamb Shoulder
Gluten-free. Roasted shoulder that yields perfect caramelization, Paired with our succuled Banjan ( eggplant). Served with Afghan rice.
Chicken Qorma
Tender chicken in an aromatic sauce of onions, garlic + tomatoes and cilantro, served with rice
