A mix between Gratin Dauphinois and Hachis Parmentier (great job if you can pronounce those!), this heartwarming vegan recipe has roasted sliced potatoes in it, ground beef, and melted cheese; isn’t it the perfect combination? And it also comes with a small side of Arugula salad and cherry tomatoes drizzled with vinaigrette. Bon appétit!
