Country Fried Steak & Eggs

A 5 oz. Cut of beef, tenderized and breaded in house. Served with potatoes, biscuit, eggs, and smothered in our homemade sausage gravy.

The Press Burrito

Named for our neighborhood Presbyterian hospital, this breakfast burrito has it all: three eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers all wrapped in a flour tortilla, and smothered in your chile and served with spuds.

Pancakes

Buttermilk recipe griddled to perfection. Three stacks should fill you up. Add egg, bacon, sausage, or ham at an extra cost. Top with granola for an extra cost

Ironwood Spuds

A bed of fresh-cut home fried spuds topped with diced sausage and bacon, your choice of red or green chile, and melted cheese. Served with a flour tortilla. Add eggs on top at an extra cost.

French Toast

Two thick - cut Texas toast dipped in our egg batter and grilled up to golden brown . Extra slice, add an egg . Add bacon, sausage, or ham at an extra cost.

Your All - American breakfast . Your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage served with two eggs any style, home fried spuds, and your choice of toast or tortilla . Add an egg , double meat at an extra charge.

Egg Sandwich

One egg any style (fried over easy is going to make a mess, but it's a yummy one) set between bread with melted cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Ask for mayo if you'd like. Served with our home fried spuds. Add sautéed green chile for an eextra charge.

Huevos Rancheros

Two corn tortillas serve as a bed for two eggs any style, smothered in chile and cheese, served with whole beans, spuds, garnish, and tortilla .

Hand-formed patty from our local butcher's fresh ground 100 % chuck, charbroiled & griddled to perfection. Set on a local bakery - fresh kaiser bun, served with choice of side, lettuce, tomato, onion, & - pickle. Choice of two toppers: avocado, green chile, mushrooms, cheese, bacon, or grilled onions. Additional toppers,double meat at an extra cost.

Frito Pie

Another tradition made from our homemade pinto beans, fresh taco meat, choice of red or green chile, then melted cheddar/jack blend of cheese, lettuce & tomato set on a bed of fritos. (Onions by request)

New Mexican Philly Cheesesteak

1/2 pound marinated sirloin sautéed with bell peppers and onions, topped with our homemade green chile queso, set on grilled hoagie roll . Choice of sides.

Start with bacon, lettuce, tomato, & mayo, then add melted muenster cheese and avocado slices between grilled texas toast and your choice of side .

Pulled Pork Sandwich

1/3 lb. of braised pork shoulder, pulled and simmered in barbecue sauce, set atop a griddled Kaiser roll, and garnished with pickles, onions, and shredded cabbage. Served with your choice of side.

Reuben Sandwich

Grilled corned beef and sauerkraut with swiss cheese melted atop griddled rye bread. Choice of side.

Taco Plate

Three home-fried corn shells filled with our custom blend of 100 % ground chuck with potatoes and onions cooked into the meat. Oven-baked and topped with lettuce, tomato, & choice of red, green, or salsa on the side. Served with our homemade pinto beans.

Smoked Turkey Quesadilla

Large 12 ” tortilla filled with grilled smoked turkey breast, sautéed green chile, mushrooms, and diced onions, and of course melted cheese. Served with sour cream, homemade salsa, lettuce, & tomato.

Teigeler crispy - fried shredded potato topped with our homemade whole pinto beans, taco meat, choice of red or green chile, & melted cheese on top. Topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, & sour cream.

Hot Pastrami Sandwich

Grilled pastrami on jewish rye with sautéed green chile, onions, lettuce, tomato, melted muenster cheese, and hot mustard. Served with your choice of side. Add double meat at a cost

Start with champagne vinaigrette marinated chicken breast strips covered in sautéed green chile and melted muenster cheese, set on our fresh-baked kaiser roll, and served with your choice of sides with lettuce, tomato, pickle, & onion on the side.

5 oz. Chicken breast grilled or charbroiled, topped with melted muenster cheese & sautéed green chile with lettuce, tomato, pickles, & homemade sauce. Set on grilled sourdough bread & - served with choice of sides.

The Jane ( Veggie Burrito )

Instead of meat and eggs, we use sautéed onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, pinto beans, and cheese. Served with your choice of sides.

Turkey Salad

Bed of spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, mushrooms, cucumbers, smoked turkey, red onions. Substitute chicken breast at a cost.
