Filipino Main Dish
King Crispy Pata 8 Lbs
The most popular and main seller from our menu. The crispy pata is a back leg pork hock that we "kulo" which is slowly boiled with our secret herbs and spices for 4 hours to build up the flavor. Then we deep fry the hock so you have crispy skin on the outside and a flavorful soft inside meat. Good to serve for up a to 7 people.
Pork Sisig
Sautéed shredded pork ear and onions with a hint of soy citrus flavor. Good to share between two for a meal and goes great as a side with beer.
Kare Kare King Crispy Pata
Our Famous Crispy Pata (Fried Pork Hock) served along with our signature kare kare peanut sauce. This big dish can serve 10 people, great for family outings when you need that big helping of food to fill you up. Disclaimer: Contains peanut allergy. Please be advised.
Sinigang Pork
