This is our 'house' espresso. It's smooth, easy to control, sweet and balanced. It holds up to milk with ease and showcases nicely when consumed black.Currently a 50/50 blend of a Costa Rican coffee called Imperio Rojo and a Myanmar coffee from Ywangan.Tasting Notes: Smooth, Balanced, Citrus, Honey

Decaf

Our current Decaf offering is from a long time relationship with Rony Asencio, the owner of Santa Ana La Huerta farm in Guatemala. It's the first Decaf we've done in collaboration with Swiss Water Decaffeination and we're thrilled with the quality. The profile is comfortable and sweet, approachable for all coffee enthusiasts.This farm has been a part of Rosso's menu for the last three seasons and the coffee is sweet, rich and chocolatey. It's a washed coffee and is a mix of Bourbon, Caturra and Catimor varieties. As a Decaf, we believe this coffee can be used as an espresso or filter offering. It's very versatile and very delicious.We serve this coffee daily at each one of our coffee shops, should you be interested in coming in to try it.Tasting Notes: Chocolate, Almonds, Vanilla
