The Brewster is our famous breakfast sandwich! Choose between canadian bacon or sausage. It is served with mozzarella, Gouda, and an egg. Top it off with either our parmesan garlic or chipotle sauce.
Avocado Toast
Fresh avocado topped with grated parmesan, everything seasoning, and lemon juice. Served on a bagel of your choice.
Sausage Burrito
This burrito has turkey sausage, egg, pepper jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, white cheddar cheese, and green chile peppers.
Bagel & Cream Cheese
Toasted bagel of your choice with a side of cream cheese or butter.
2 Frittatas

Vegetarian Brewster

This grilled cheese contains cheddar and mozzarella. It is buttered and seasoned with our special parmesan garlic seasoning. To top it off it is served with our parmesan garlic sauce.
