Jordanian Mansaf (fridays Only)
A traditional Jordanian dish made up of a tender lamb shank, cooked in a fermented yogurt sauce, plated on a bed of seasoned yellow rice, garnished with sautéed almonds and parsley. Served with a bowl of the fermented yogurt sauce on the side. THIS DISH IS SERVED ON FRIDAYS ONLY.
