Starters
Fresh Spring Rolls

The typical ingredients in Fresh Spring Rolls, or gỏi cuốn, includes shrimp, Asian barbecued pork, or tofu, Thai basil, lettuce, celery, bean sprouts, and rice vermicelli noodles, all wrapped in moistened rice paper and served with our house peanut sauce.

Fried Egg Rolls
(Four rolls) Vegetarian modification available. Fried Egg Rolls, or chả giò, are crispy rolls filled with shredded cabbage, sweet onions, ground pepper, carrots, glass noodles, and chopped pork or tofu. All these ingredients are rolled inside a thinly-wrapped wheat flour skin then fried & served with our house sweet chili sauce.

Salad
Saigon Crêpe
Gluten-Free. VM. Also known as Bánh Xèo, literally translates to “sizzling pancake”, is named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured into the hot skillet. Our Saigon Crêpe is a Vietnamese savory fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder. It is stuffed with bean sprouts, carrots, onions, and a choice of chicken and prawns, or tofu.
Green Papaya Salad
A staple across Southeast Asia. Cambodia knows this dish as Bok L’hong, Laos as Tam Mak Hoong, in Thailand as Som Tam, and Vietnam as Gỏi Đu Đủ. Our Green Papaya Salad comes with a choice of beef bulgogi or prawns served on a bed of shredded green papaya that is tossed with lime juice, chili, peanuts, garlic, and a tangy mildly sweet house sauce.

Vietnamese Salad Bowl
A traditional Vietnamese lemongrass salad with a bottom bed of mixed fresh vegetables including chopped iceberg lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumbers, and Thai basil. The middle layer is vermicelli noodles, and the top layer is made of carrots, roasted peanuts, and your choice of meat. This salad is served with a side of our house vinaigrette.
