Homemade meatballs! No, really. Homemade meatballs. Shut up and listen to what you just read! Meatballs so tender you don’t need your teeth to chew’em. Dem’balls are nestled into an Italian roll topped off with melted mozzarella, caramelized onions, and our not-from-a-can marinara.

Sausage

Succulent zesty Italian sausage grilled to lock in the natural juices and caramelize the outside. Then we bathe them in marinara a while–they like that. We pack the sausage into our Italian roll, their final resting place, and bury them with melted mozzarella, caramelized onion, and marinara.

Stromboli

Named after the volcano in Stromboli, Italy, this grinder erupts with flavor. A combination of grilled pepperoni, salami, caramelized onions, and sweet-spicy peppers on an Italian roll. Topped with melted mozzarella and overflowing with marinara. You’ll lava it.

Gilbano

Philly? Fuhgeddaboudit! The real deal is thinly sliced steak grilled with garlic, caramelized onions, sweet-spicy peppers, mozzarella, and a pinch of gorgonzola loaded into an Italian roll.

Ciabatta

This Grinder comes on crisp, yet airy Ciabatta bread loaded with Hot Capicola, Genoa Salami, Mortadella, and our house roasted pork loin. Dressed with garlic roasted tomato spread, parmesan and artichoke aoli, and caramelized onions. If you aren’t craving this after reading about it, then somethin’s wrong with you.

Dipper

Tender slices of house roasted beef, sauteed mushrooms, and caramelized onions nestled onto warm Ciabatta bread, dressed with our creamy horseradish and melted cheese. Cradle this baby in your hands and baptize each bite into our homemade au jus.Stop licking the menu and just get the Dipper.

Goomba

Goomba means special friend, and this Grinder is special--my friend. Grilled chicken, kalamata olives, garlic roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, melted mozzarella, and feta on an Italian roll.

Chicken Parmesan

Diced chicken breast grilled with olive oil and garlic, tossed with caramelized onions, parmesan, and mozzarella. We load that love into our Italian roll and top it with our homemade marinara, fresh basil, and more parmesan.

Chicken Pesto

Grilled chicken tossed with pesto, caramelized onions, portabello mushrooms, garlic, and basil finished with melted mozzarella on our Italian roll.

Po' Boy

Bite into the Bayou with our catfish or shrimp Po’Boy. These doo-dads are dusted with spicy Creole seasonings, dipped in hot oil to give a crispy exterior, placed on a roll dressed with rémoulade and covered in a blanket of slaw. Do dat? You dat!

Tricolore

Simple and fresh. Fresh mozzarella, garlic, pesto, and sliced cherry tomatoes on Ciabatta bread. The end.

Where’s the beef? Who needs it?! Grilled mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, and onions flambéed in marsala wine and loaded onto Ciabatta bread dressed with garlic, pesto, roasted tomato spread, and fresh mozzarella.
