We are a company rooted in new traditions and old-world techniques. This is why we only use true caramel for that pungent burnt sugar flavor, which requires perfection every step of the way. We are purists, and creating an ice cream sweetened with dates only, made with just five ingredients, is truly the concept our company was founded on.
