rustica is a farm-to-fork italian restaurant with seasonal offerings. from classic chicken alfredo to limoncello crab ravioli to our house specialty, short-rib lasagne, our friendly and knowledgeable staff is ready to serve you. drinks include local beers and wines on draft, local spirits and liqueurs as well as those from around the world, and a variety of local ciders. craft cocktails are a highlight. non-alcoholic beverages include locally roasted fidalgo bay coffee, modern steep teas, iced tea, san pellegrino sparkling fruit beverages, local craft ginger beer and root beer, and pepsi products. the décor is of reclaimed materials from around the island beautifully crafted by a local artist. lots of wood and highlights of old bard siding are warmly lit with edison bulbs. the bar features a beautiful slab of live-edge, old-growth timber and hammered copper.
