Enjoy al fresco dining poolside or step into our cozy dining room, named after world-famous mountaineer and one-time resident of The Stowehof, Fritz Wiessner. In 1929, Wiessner emigrated from Germany and pioneered many popular American mountain-climbing routes. Now, we commemorate him at the Fritz Bar + Restaurant, with a casual American Bistro menu serving locally-sourced foods, beers, and spirits. We are known for our fun dining atmosphere. We recommending ordering many small share plates to get a taste of everything, all while enjoying a Heady Topper or craft cocktail, mixed with finest distilled liquors.
