Jose & Selena started off as a husband and wife team running a local food truck at farmer’s markets. Shortly after, they opened their first restaurant in the heart of Heber City, which outgrew itself quickly. This resulted in the purchase of a larger location where they are now located at. Creating a future for their family was the mission behind providing outstanding, authentic Mexican food to the Heber Valley. Jose & Selena’s passion to serve their community while also providing for their family is the heart behind Tacos El Güero.
