Hatch Station's Dining Car Steakhouse BBQ and Cafe. Proudly serves the most tender scrumptious steaks around. We only use USDA Choice and Prime Meats. We also have the only Homemade soup and Salad bar around, and we are told it is great! Our BBQ is so tender and juicy no knife will be necessary. Our bread is baked daily and everything is prepared to perfection. HatchStation strives to deliver a 5 star lunch or dinner at a great price, gratuity is not included, further motivating our staff to go the extra mile and they thank you in advance for your generous tips.
