Mimi's Bakery & Deli
A tiny but mighty bakery cafe in one of Escalante's Piooner brick homes in the heart of Main Street (Hwy. 12). Great stop for breakfast while Mimi's makes you a Hiker's Sandwich especially made to pop into the backpack for a day of exploration, fishing, biking or hiking. Anyone of Mimi's yummy dinner entrees are delicious, and you can take them back to the RV, cabin, or campsite for an easy, fresh and flavorful dinner.
