Koki Corn

Vegetarian. Slowly simmered blended sweet corn, mild habanero, spinach and a splash of red oil served with tomato sauce.

Vegetable Soup

Chopped leafy vegetable, sauteed in red bell, tomato, crayfish red onion blend and a dash of palm oil, beef and tripe. Served with fufu or eba.

Egusi Soup & Swallow

Simmered blended melon seeds in a habanero, red bell pepper, crayfish blend, beef and tripe, and a touch of palm oil. Served with fufu or eba.

Fried African Delight

Fried garlic rice with mixed veggies served with seasoned grilled chicken and fried plantain.

Zambezi Grilled Ribs

Savory seasoned pork ribs marinated in our house blend served with fried plantains and coleslaw.
