Last Call Baking

Last Call Baking started in 2020 out of a small English style apartment in the heart of Birmingham, Alabama. Born out of a love for fantastical flavors and traditional processes, Last Call’s mission is to marry high art baked goods and community accessibility. After selling at farmer’s markets and baking out of shared kitchens, owner and head baker Chanah Willis set to build a shop and opened a retail location. Hours are Thursday-Sunday. Come say hello
