A traditional Japanese street food sauce! Tonkatsu sauce elevates everything deep-fried. Think of it as a milder version of worcestershire sauce (we still can't sound the word out). To balance that out, we also drizzled on top, Kewpie Japanese Mayonaise. The mayo itself has much more creamy texture than typical store-bought brands. It's the Yin and Yang. Our signature sauce. Yum Zab! Sauce’s origin is from Thailand. It has, fresh minced garlic, white onion, cilantro, grape tomatoes, and carrots. All the flavors explosion in one bite. Light and refreshing, yet, flavorful! Recommended either add fresh thai chili or toasted rice powder to give it another dimension. Flavor profile: sweet, citrusy, savory (contains shellfish).
Laab Zab!
This is a very flavorful bowl we have here! Similar to the Yum Zab! Bowl, Laab Zab! Is more lime-y tamarind-y and spicy! The combination sure makes your mouth water! The toasted rice powder adds a crunch and umami taste. Garnished with green onions and cilantro to create a refreshing finish.

Bulgogi Beef Mandu
A Korean version of Gyoza or Potstickers, but leveled up! A sweet soy marinated beef bulgogi filling, wraps in a crispy, flaky, yet slightly soft wrapper. It is probably one of the best things you will ever have. The dipping sauce is ade with soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and Korean chili flakes. The combination of both Mandu and the sauce makes it a perfect harmony. Serves 5 pieces.
Korean Corn Dog
Forget the old dog at a corn dog stand. Up your corn dog game with our Korean corn dog. Half mozzarella cheese, half 100% beef frank. It then, coat with rice batter, cover that in potato cubes; and seal it using bread crumbs. Deep-fried until it’s golden and crunchy. The Korean corn dog, then, get drizzled in ketchup and mustard. A thai hot and sour lemongrass soup. Usually, it was made with river prawn. I wouldn't say shrimp was the most authentic. It just so happened that there were a lot of river prawns in Thailand. But, shrimps definitely add a depth to the soup.
