Lightly dusted with flour and spices, the meat is fried in virgin olive oil and covered with mushrooms sautéed in garlic, white wine, capers, and lemons. Your choice of pasta is served with the same sauce, or choose our meat sauce or pommarolo.
Veal Or Chicken Marsala With Pasta
Lightly dusted with flour and spices, the meat is fried in virgin olive oil. Topped with Regianno Parmigiano and smothered with mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter and Marsala wine. Your choice of pasta is also tossed with the same sauce or choose our meat sauce or pommarolo.
