Chicken Rich

A hearty beef broth with a shoyu base. Toppings: Scallions, cilantro, braised beef brisket, a large beef back rib (so tender it literally falls right off the bone), a house mild spicy paste.
Spicy Miso
A rich pork and chicken broth with a light garlic and soy bean base. Toppings: A slice of grilled pork chashu, a marinated egg, fried onions, sweet corn, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, and scallions, with a smear of spicy chili paste and topped with a spicy miso powder.

Our vegetable ramen option is a soybean broth with a light garlic and onion base. Toppings: Tomatoes, tofu, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, yu choy, and julienned green onions.
Seafood Ramen
Our seafood broth option is a light bonito broth. Toppings: Two big shrimp with head-on, a scallop, mussel, fishcake, crabstick, bamboo shoots, and julienned green onions.
