A very thin crumbling dough pastry filled with a lot of vanilla cream or pistacchio or black cherry. made from scratch, all natural and authentically italian as all of our baked products; pasticciotto is a regional specialty from salento, south east of italy (on the heel of the boot) and was invented in 1745 at galatina, hometown of our founder corrado palmieri.

Graffa

Graffa is an italian fried dough looking similar to a doughnut but different in the consistency, it is less soft and it is filled with vanilla cream. please note that this pastry is super sensitive and will lose most of its softness after one day. made from scratch, all natural and authentically italian as all of our baked products.
