Our Xtra Fiyah sauce is a pickled mixture of fresh Scotch Bonnet peppers mixed with light hints of thyme, garlic and scallion. The heat level is just a bit hotter than the Mr.Pimento's Jerk Sauce.

Mr. Pimento Sauce

The is our signature jerk sauce. It is a tomato based scotch bonnet sauce that has a slightly tangy and sweet taste profile. This sauce comes standard on every jerk chicken and wing order. Order extra if you'd like.
