Turkey Cheese Croissant
Croissant, turkey pastrami and provolone, we bake it until the cheese melts out of the croissant!
Gardener
This is your vegetarian. We start by seasoning and grilling our flatbread, then add eggplant, mix spring greens, tomatoes and avocado, then we finish it with feta cheese and vinaigrette. Even meat lovers love this one!
Reuben
The classic Reuben, kraut, naval pastrami, provolone on a flatbread. Panini sandwich.
Dictator
Naval pastrami, London port, turkey pastrami, provolone cheese with Cajun wing sauce on a flatbread. Panini sandwich. You will feel like one after you eat it!
La Condesa
Our flag ship panini. We start with a season and grill panini bread, we add jelly to the bread, Gruyère cheese, halted grapes, sautéed naval pastrami, sautéed chipotle chicken, add spring mix greens and tomatoes, olive oil and honey. An explosion of flavors will happen when you bite into it!
Duke
Cajun turkey, chipotle chicken, naval pastrami, provolone cheese, spring mix greens and tomatoes with vinaigrette, on a flatbread, panini sandwich.

Peppenero ham, provolone cheese on a flatbread with mustard mix spring mix and tomato with vinaigrette. The Peppenero ham is garlic ham so it is medium to low spicy hot. You can also choose the sun dry tomatoes ham which is a sweet ham. This is a panini sandwich.
Club Croissant
We start by baking the croissant in house til the aroma of butter and crispiness on the outside is achieved, we then alternate Gruyère cheese and turkey pastrami topping it off with bacon, spring green mix, and tomato. We use mayo and vinaigrette, this is a full meal!

May be the best chicken salad croissant you had yet, with spring mix greens, fresh tomatoes and a bit of vinaigrette dressing. Our croissant is bake in house til the aroma of the butter surfaces and the outside is crispy! Before we put it all together.
