This remains one of Yings favorites. The go-to dish for vegetarians but a great finger-food.

5. Dumplings

These are handmade fried chicken dumplings. These and the spring rolls have been on Yings menu since her star-up and remain one of the publics favorites through today.

3. Fried Rice

Rice is a staple in the Thai culture. Steamed, sticky and fried. Yings Chicken Fried Rice always has been a big hit and many select this as their only choice for lunch. Yings Fried Rice is simple, fresh and compliments all her dishes. You wanna try something original, try some fried rice with her laab moo.

2. Pad Thai

A very common Thai Dish that so many Thai cuisine lovers know and is their 'go-to' when encountering a new place. Ying leaves our peanuts in her Pad Thai but does serve them on the side. Not spicey and a little sweet. It's , Pad Thai like you'd expect. Yings is always fresh.

9. Gai Sap

Highly spiced up, lightly fried chicken. Note, I didn't say dangerously spiced. Ying serves up a very flavorful dish here with her Gai Sap.

1. Laab Moo

Spicey ground pork served with lettuce as a 'Lettuce Wrap' & complimented with sticky rice. Really good when mixed with 'fried-rice' and some even mix it with Pad Thai.

6. Pad Pak Ruam

Stir frying a series of fresh vegetables in a special sauce brings the consumer a very unique, juicy and tasty vegetable dish.

8. Tom Yum Soup

Yings taking a Thai staple (Tom Yum Soup) and keeping it local, using chicken in place of shrimp and serves a very mellow soup for any 'limited' tummies. Yings is a mellow Chicken Tom Yum. Soup but be aware, that tablespoon dollup of her Grand Mums Snake Sauce she will reach out and 'bite' and give you the 'WHAM', you'd expect from any true, 'Tom Yum Soup'.

4. Ginger Chicken

Lots of ginger & spice so know this dish will make you reach for your water but you'll return right back to your plate and continue until all Yings Ginger chicken served with steamed rice, is gone.

11. Pad Kapow

This is a Thai-Basil plate that customers either love of hate (there is no in between). very unique and very strong with the basil. A lil' spicy and you will finish your drink with your order. A ground chicken dish with steamed rice and the easily recognizable fried egg on top.

10. Green Curry With Crispy Chicken

OK, Curry lovers, here's your dish. It's got a bite to it so have your water ready. Every bite has that spicy curry 'pop'. Chicken and fresh veggies in a nice curry broth served with steamed rice.

Khaneow Maat Mueng

If your really lucky, Ying's found some fresh mangos and is able to deliver this Thai dessert to you. Fresh, juicy, sweet mango slices served with sticky rice then covered in a sweet coconut icing. If you haven't...you must.
