Fajita Chimichanga

Two large, flour tortillas wrapped around your choice of beef or chicken and fried golden brown with topping. Served with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo.

Torta

Torta is a Mexican sandwich, it's a fluffy bun spread with mayonnaise topped with anything that you can imagine, refried beans, guacamole, spicy peppers and piled with meat(s) and cheese. Choose one of the following meats; milanesa, carne asada, chicken breast, carnitas, pastor (pork) or lengua (beef tongue).

Alambre À La Mexicana

With shrimp or pastor for an additional charge. Beef steak, chicken breast or shrimp cooked with fresh pico de gallo, mixed with Monterey jack cheese and mushrooms. Served with fresh pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole.

5 De Mayo Enchiladas

Three beef or chicken fajita enchiladas one topped with green sauce, one topped with cheese sauce and one topped with red sauce and avocado.

Mole Poblano

Roasted chicken breast covered with traditional mole sauce. Served with rice, sweet platano macho, sour cream, queso fresco & tortillas.

Chile Verde

Tender chunks of beef or pork cooked with a fantastic homemade green chili sauce. Served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.

Sopes Mexican

Three corn patty with beans, lettuce, sour cream, avocado, tomatoes, your choice of beef, steak or chicken breast. Served with rice and beans.

Poblano Alambre

Fresh green poblano peppers, stuffed with alambre beef or chicken, covered with cheese. Served with rice and beans.

Quesa Birria

Are made of stewed beef meat and Monterey jack cheese stuffed inside a large flour tortilla, served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.
