Flan Personal (small)

A delicious custard dessert very well known among not only puertorican but many hispanics cultures. Made out of eggs, milk and depending on the flavor many other ingredients. When making this dessert we poured it on top of a caramelized sugar syrup that gives the taste that completes the burst of flavor.
