Abel Tasman National Park is located at the northernmost section of the southern island of New Zealand. During a not-so-long-ago trip to NZ, we were captivated by the park’s awe-inspiring beauty. While there, we spent crucial time selecting the best hops NZ has to offer. This 100% NZ hopped pilsner is the result of that time and inspiration. Crisp and clear with pleasing aromatics from Wai-iti, Nelson, Riwaka, NZ Cascade, Motueka. 5.2%

The Dripping Tap Ipa 4pk
This brand new West Coast IPA seriously rips from terpene rich hops. Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, experimental HBC 586 and Centennial hops brings waves on waves of meyer lemon, mango flesh and pine wood forest aromas followed by the sturdy West Coast bitterness we all know and love – all in a reasonable 6.3% ABV package meant for heavy dosing. Spritzy: Grapefruit Hibiscus Hard Seltzer 4pk
Spritzy is our brand of Hard Seltzer that isn’t meant to be complicated, but it does politely separate itself from the unremarkable flavors of mass marketed seltzer. We love the drinkability of these light beverages so we decided to put our spin on it. Our focus is to create refreshing profiles that use ZERO extracts or “natural” flavorings, instead using 100% real fruit & spices. This version is conditioned on grapefruit and hibiscus flower for a pleasant citrus kick, a light sweetness, tartness and an appealing pink hue. In Northern California we say HELLA, but in Boston they say WICKED… We brewed Wicked Juicy as our 1st attempt at creating an IPA in the style of the great hop-forward brewers in the Northeast. Now it is a favorite! We make this one with Simcoe, Citra & Galaxy hops along with a simple grist of pale malt & oats & fermented it warm with an expressive yeast. It’s totally unfiltered and popping with ripe Pineapple-Orange-Guava aromatics and a smooth, juicy flavor. Unfiltered and hazy as can be! 7%

Bourbon Blammo 375ml
Bourbon Blammo is the bourbon barrel aged version of our massive coconut imperial stout BLAMMO! For the 2023 release we blended five oak barrels: one stout aged for 26 months in a Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel; the second stout rested in a Blanton’s Bourbon barrel for 36 months; the third and fourth barrels were also Heaven Hill but this stout aged for 20 months. Finally about 10% barleywine was blended in after aging in a Willett Family Estate Bourbon barrel for 21 months. We then conditioned the blend on 35 lbs of organic toasted coconut per barrel. As always, it is ridiculous! 13.1%

Cherries paired with golden sour beers stand the test of time, which is one reason why we wanted to blend Stone Age Love, our golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with tart cherries. With 84 pounds of tart cherries per oak barrel, Stone Age Love radiates with flavors found in summer stone fruits. This sour showcases notes of fresh-picked cherries, juicy peaches, and tart plums with hints of melon. 7.2%

Home, Sour Home is our golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. It's aged in oak barrels with peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla bean, simply reminding us of homemade peach cobbler. 7%
Adams Parachute Brett Saison 500ml
Adams Parachute is a collaborative brew with Casey Brewing and Blending that focuses on locally sourced ingredients. For this Brett Saison we sourced our malted barley, oats and rye from Alameda’s Admiral Maltings, Triple Pearl hops from Hoppin’ Raccoon Ranch south of Sacramento in Clarksburg, CA and yeast and brettanomyces from The Yeast Bay. The beer was brewed and fermented in stainless and then bottle conditioned for 10 months before release. The result is redolent of Spanish orange and white wine with some Brett funk. The flavor is pleasantly tart and layered with eucalyptus candy, rustic grains, tamarind and spicy hops. 6.4%
Hard Cuts Barley/munichwine Blend 375ml
Hard Cuts is a blend of two different collaborative projects with our dear friend Brad Clark of Private Press. 2 oak aged Munichwines and a Double Oak aged Munichwine were blended with three barrels of a Barleywine brewed with a high percentage of rye and also aged in various rye whiskey barrels. Deep and sexy aromas of molasses and Jamaican dark rum, 10 year tawny port, sticky apricot and brûléed meringue with a dusting of clove are followed by flavors of honey processed coffee, dried cherry, rye loaf crust, date and fig as well as a long lasting barrel char and tobacco finish. 16%
Blurred Rose - The Rare Barrel 750ml
Blurred is a series of beer/wine hybrids that combines techniques and processes from the winemaking world with mixed fermentation practices from the sour beer world. Blurred Rose utilizes whole cluster grapes from our friends at Heringer Estates in Northern California, that we crushed and destemmed in-house. A blend of Barbera and Pinot Noir grapes were utilized in tandem to produce aromas of tart cherry, blackberry and strawberrry, while the mixed fermentation beer provides a soft canvas of mellow asian pear and citrus. 10.1%

Cellarmaker - Pinot Noir 2020 750ml
Cellarmaker Brewing's first wine release. Our 2020 Pinot Noir has fruit sourced from the West Sonoma Coast AVA, aged 22 months in neutral French Oak Barrels with 50% whole cluster fermentation. This wine is packed with aromas of cranberry, strawberry preserves and rose petal. On the palate we get bing cherry, cedar, blackberry and white pepper. A silky mouthfeel and bright acidity contribute to a refreshing and balanced finish.
Cellarmaker - Chardonnay 2021 750ml
Our 2021 Chardonnay is comprised of fruit from the English Hill and Taylor Ridge Vineyards, both located between Sebastopol and the Pacific Ocean. Extreme weather swings from warm days to cool foggy nights and mornings create an expressive Chardonnay with a high impact tropical fruit aroma. Oak character is subtle as the barrels we used were just shy of neutral. Flavors and aromas of guava, pineapple, lemon, lilac and subtle toast. Highly refreshing.
Cellarmaker - Syrah 2021 750ml
Our Syrah is grown at 2700 feet elevation in Mendocino. Fermented with 50% whole cluster in new oak. Aromas and flavors of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate, star anise, cigar box and subtle smoke. This Syrah delivers massive flavor from one of our favorite grape growing regions in California. Mendocino County, CA 14.2%
Lioco - Rose Of Carignan 2022 750ml
The LIOCO Rosé of Carignan has a delicate, pale pink color in the glass. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe strawberries, cherries, and red currants, with a hint of citrus zest. The palate is bright and lively, with flavors of watermelon, cranberry, and pomegranate, balanced by a refreshing acidity and subtle minerality. The tannins are soft and well-integrated, giving the wine a silky texture and a long, satisfying finish. 12.5%

Fermented with native yeasts in neutral French oak barrels. Tangy and bright; lychee, Concord grape, and walnut shell aromas; with citrusy herbal notes.
