Mishima Express Japanese
Mishima Express is an express style sit-down restaurant with a casual feel. Meals are easily customizable and special prices are run on certain plates (chicken, steak, or shrimp) weekly. Proteins served are chicken, steak, filet mignon, scallops, salmon, tilapia, mahi, and shrimp. Everything but the fried rice (made fresh daily in large batches) is made fresh to order. Every plate comes with fried rice and sweet carrots. They also come with broccoli, mushrooms, or both, depending on what type of plate you get. Zucchini, onion, and sliced carrots are other vegetables on the menu that can be ordered on the side or substituted on the plate. They also serve spring rolls, lo mein, and cheesecake. All of their sauces (excluding the soy) are made in-house by the head chef.
