Alforno Restaurant

Al Forno, which means "from the oven," was inspired by Northern Italy's fine cuisine, which makes extensive use of wood-burning ovens and open-flame grills. The menu reflects all provinces of Italy, Provence, and Providence. Chef/owners Johanne Killeen and George Germon's training in the fine arts is reflected in the elegant design of the restaurant's interior and in the creative presentation of the dishes.
