Mendicino's Pizza

Since opening in 1987 in Covington Twp., Mendicino’s Pizza and Family Restaurant has grown from a small take-out store front at one end of the ShopRite Complex moving to an expanded full-service Italian restaurant. Our fresh-dough pizza and from-scratch sauces remain, but the menu has expanded to include more classic and traditional dinners, such as the parmigiana offerings and our Father’s homemade tripe.
