This delicious dish has made everyone wanting more and more. First we sautee the green peppers and onions then the freshly cooked chicken gets mixed in with the veggies until perfectly cooked waiting for the delicious cheese to melt on top. After the cheese melts we are ready to put it on over the seasoned rice with a scoop of middle eastern salad, crispy pita chips and a light drizzle of tahini sauce….. this might be your new favorite ????
